All courses are fully co-produced and co-delivered by a peer trainer (with lived experience of either mental health challenges, learning disabilities and/or caring) and a trainer with relevant professional experience, working in partnership. Live Well With Nature

There is growing evidence that accessing nature has multiple health benefits and in return nature benefits from receiving the care and attention required to ensure its long-term future.  Shropshire Wildlife Trust offer a 12 week nature-base programmes are free for anyone (aged 18+) living in Telford & Wrekin who want to improve their health & wellbeing.  More information can be found on their website here.
